All our staff pass rigorous security vetting via the Criminal Records Bureau, and then go through a rigorous training programme with our parent company Cadogan Tate, renowned in the industry for its high standards.

Cadogan Tate has turned moving expertise into a fine art, and our training covers everything from packing and moving a valuable painting to customer service skills.


Our commitment to continuous improvement means that we conduct regular on-site check visits to ensure everyone’s skills are up to scratch and encourage all our customers to give feedback by rating all crew members. Any member who is not performing to our high standards is sent for refresher training to bring their expertise up to date.
